Start of the 2024 Season

I’m looking forward to a great 2024 lawn care season.

I have a few changes that I’ll be implementing this year among all of my customers:

  • I won’t be including core aeration and overseeding projections in the pricing starting off 2024. This for a couple of reasons. About 90% of the lawns I manage have had the service over the last 2 seasons and have come along well and shouldn’t need it this year unless there is some unforeseen issue that arises. This being the case I don’t feel it’s necessary to plan on performing the service and having the additional cost in the invoices when it’s really not needed. What I will do is monitor the condition of your lawns going into the early fall season and make recommendations from there. I just don’t feel it’s right to keep doing it on lawns when it’s not necessary. It’s not a cheap service and I know I wouldn’t want to be charged every year for something that’s not necessary as well it takes longer to execute and it pushes that round of applications back much longer in the fall than anyone likes. So I’m making these changes this year. Some of you will definitely still need one more seeding before we rotate years, but that’s not a majority of you all.
  •  I plan to start applications, weather permitting, in mid February so that I’m well ahead on completing all of the rounds in a timely fashion throughout the year. Normally I don’t start until the first week in March.
  •  Installment payment option. Most of you have paid in full in the past. However, If you are interested in spreading your payments throughout the year then this option will be perfect for you. Here are some of the changes to how it was implemented in the past, your deposit is only 25% now (was 30% previously) and there will be eleven (11) monthly installments. The deposit, for those already have a card on file (or for those who reply back wanting to do the installments) will be processed on Jan 15th. So if you would like to do the installments this year be sure to let me know immediately so I can get you setup, either with a card on file or through ACH so you don’t have to worry about when your card expires or is lost. There is a $50 installment setup fee. The first monthly installments will start on Feb 5th and the 5th of the month thereafter.

 

Payment Options:

  1. Pay in Full-

Save 3% when you pay in full by Jan 26th through by check or Zelle (410.903.3583). You can also pay with credit/debit card, directly on the invoice) but the payment processor charges you the transaction fees. I have no control over that.

New Installment Customers - Initial Setup Instructions

To begin using this option just follow the instructions below for the Customer Portal Setup. If you have already setup your customer portal account you just need to skip to step #2. After that is complete just reply back and let me know this is your preference and I’ll confirm your deposit amount as well as your monthly installment amount.

Steps:

1. Click link below to the login portal. Since you are creating your account you will click the button that says “Sign Up”. It will ask you to input your email address that’s associated with your account. The same email you get your service notifications to. From there you just follow the instructions.

2. Once the account set up is complete and you login to your account. Click the Billing Info tab and on the bottom there is a “Sign Up for Auto Pay” button that needs to be turned on. Activate that and there will be a pop up for you to input your card information that you want to use for your billing. Then be sure to hit the “Submit Changes” button on the bottom right of the page.

From there you should be set.

3. Email or text me to let me know it’s complete. I’ll login and check to make sure it’s showing on my end so I that I can set up the installment dates.
